A study conducted in 2016 showed that 56% of adults online use an array of social networks. That number would have grown by now obviously, and not only pertain to adults. I remember the days where America On Line AOL and Yahoo chat were the biggest platforms to connect to because they were the only platforms pretty much. That’s in the past now. The internet has come a very long way and there are so many online platforms to use that I can’t even name them all. Being on a platform is kind f walking through an isle at the supermarket. You’re going to see many brands from different companies advertising the same thing. You’re hardly going to stand out unless you have something truly unique that no one else has. The next best thing is to direct people to your own store where you can have their undivided attention.
