For items already listed online, this is the fastest way to get pricing, review options, and move forward.
For equipment that is not listed, highly specific, customised, or part of a larger project, we offer custom sourcing and quote support.

This option is best for standard equipment, commonly requested items, and customers who already know what they are looking for.
If the item is available on the website, we encourage you to use the quote-it-yourself system first.
Why Do We Charge a Quote Fee?
Custom equipment quoting takes time.
Some requests require us to contact manufacturers, confirm specifications, check power requirements, review production needs, calculate freight, compare options, and prepare a detailed written quote.
Over time, we have also received many quote requests from persons using YES mainly for comparison, internal benchmarking, grant submissions, procurement files, or a 3 quote system without moving forward with a purchase.
We understand that some businesses need quotes for planning and approval purposes. However, detailed sourcing work requires real-time coordination.
To keep our support fair, responsive, and focused on serious buyers, YES may apply a quote support fee for complex, repeated, or custom quote requests.
Complimentary Quoting
We are happy to provide quotes at no cost when the request:
- Comes from an existing customer with recent or active purchase history
- Has a clear equipment need, timeline, and buyer intent
- Is for standard equipment or commonly requested items
- Can be quoted using items already available on our website
- Does not require special sourcing, customisation, large or smallwares lists, or detailed freight planning
- Has not exceeded two detailed quote requests within the same calendar year without a purchase
For standard items, customers should use the quote-it-yourself function on our website whenever possible.
Repeat Quote Requests and Comparison Quotes
To protect the time required for detailed quote preparation, YES may apply a quote support fee when:
- A customer has requested more than two detailed quotes within the same calendar year without completing a purchase
- The request appears to be mainly for comparison, procurement files, internal benchmarking, grant submissions, or a 3 quote system
- The request requires repeated sourcing, revisions, supplier follow-up, or freight planning without a clear buying timeline
- The customer has no recent purchase history with YES
- The items requested are already available through our website’s quote-it-yourself system, but the customer repeatedly requests manual quoting instead
This policy helps us prioritise serious buyers and maintain the quality of support we provide.
Scoped Quote Support: $360TTD ($50) USD
For more complex requests, a $360TTD ($50 USD) quote support fee may apply.
This includes requests involving:
- Four or more items
- Mixed equipment requests
- Items outside our standard catalog
- Equipment not commonly stocked
- Custom sourcing
- Spec verification
- Power or production requirement checks
- Freight planning
- Detailed smallwares lists
- Large RFQs
- Repeated quote requests without purchase history
- Comparison or procurement-based quote requests
The $360TTD ($50 USD) fee is credited toward your final invoice if you move forward with the purchase.
What You Get With Paid Quote Support
Paid quote support includes:
- Equipment and vendor matching based on your business type
- A written quote with images, specifications, pricing, shipping options, and estimated timelines
- Recommendations based on production needs, power requirements, space, and location
- Review of suitable alternatives where available
- Credit of the $360TTD ($50 USD) fee toward your final invoice if you purchase
The quote fee covers one scoped quote and up to one reasonable revision.
Major changes, additional equipment requests, or a new project scope may require a new quote fee.
What’s Not Covered
We currently do not provide custom quote support for:
- Home-use or personal consumer appliances
- Vague requests without a clear equipment need
- Projects without a clear timeline or budget direction
- Requests intended only for internal benchmarking
- Repeated unpaid quotes with no purchase history
- Items that can already be quoted directly through the website, unless there is a valid reason for manual support
How It Works

If the item is not listed or your request is more complex, submit your request through the form below.
We will review your request and let you know whether it qualifies for complimentary quoting.
If paid quote support applies, we will send a payment link for the $360TTD ($50 USD) quote fee.
Once paid, we will begin sourcing and preparing your custom quote within 3 to 5 business days.
Our Right to Review Quote Requests
YES reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies for complimentary quoting or paid quote support based on the scope, purchase history, source time required, and whether the item is already available through our online quote-it-yourself system.
This allows us to serve serious buyers properly while still making standard equipment quotes easy to access online.
