This subscription is intended to either replace or supplement a company’s technician with an industry expert at a fraction of the cost.
The most important role of a technician is to prevent breakdowns that result in unplanned production halts and resolve any technical issues preventing production from restarting after a fault has occurred. Our categories would provide various benefits with regards to emergency service with varied response time, and visits to perform preventative maintenance.

  • This is based on the required response time aka how soon you need someone to appear after a breakdown/issue.
  • Upon an emergency call, your designated administrator schedules the next available technician to visit you that matches your plan.
  • The visit incurs no cost as long as it’s within the limit of the number of visits and concludes within 1.5 hrs.
  • During this visit the technician must determine the fastest method to resolve the issue with the machine and relay it to the operations manager who would now be able to make informed decisions on their next steps and simultaneously begin work on repairing the machine.
  • In the event that the repair takes longer than 1.5 hours, additional charges are applied.
  • This is based on how frequently the machines on hand are used. This determines how often they need to be serviced. (need to determine how much service this entitle the customer too)
  • The preventative maintenance visits are to ensure maintenance is being performed correctly by checking service logs of the machine as well as perform visual and auditory checks on the machine to spot any possible issues.
  • The technician also confirms that the machines are being set for optimal performance either with measurements and known testing methods and to address any concerns the operators or in-house technicians may have.
  • The administrator schedules the next available technician to visit that matches your plan. The visit incurs no cost as long as it’s within the limit of the number of visits and concludes within 1.5 hrs.
  • During this visit the technician must assess the state of the machine and make the necessary adjustments and relay it to the operations manager.
  • In the event that the repair takes longer than 1.5 hours additional charges are applied
  • The initial visit would be an evaluation of the condition of the machine.
  • An hour meter would be installed after the first service. These two are charged separately.
